  1. My team is going to continue analyzing and researching the hundreds of deals that we see every week. The way they do is by meeting my very strict criteria of determining a deal or not...if it meets my criteria then they will prepare the Property Portfolio (PP) for me.
  2. Once they send me the PP I will go through them with a fine tooth comb to make sure they pass the strict deal criteria Note: all deals I present I would personally buy.  Just so you know only 1 out of 5 that I see will make the cut.  So, you can be assured that you are always gong to be seeing the Best of the Best when it comes to high profit producing investments.
  3. After I put my “Money” stamp of approval on a deal it goes to my right hand man to be presented to our VIP Buyers (You might be able to be one), who has a chance to Catapult their business with these deals.
  4. There is only one way to get your hands on the PP and that is to be a serious investor.  When you get the hot buttons of the deal you will have to have the ability to make a decision right away, as we have More VIP Buyers then deals I would ever approve.  What you need to do is ACT...if you say YES; I want this deal you will have to put your Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) down. It is not uncommon to have 10 different VIP buyers wanting to buy the same deal.  This is why everything we do is time stamped...It is survival of the fittest.  The faster you make a decision the more money you make PERIOD, I can't stress this enough we have folks from all walks of life that will be seeing these deals, from CEO's to the Average Joe's I'll tell you more in a few...
  5. If you are the first to put down the EMD then you will get the complete Property Portfolio (PP) emailed to you, so you can start your Deal Evaluation (DE).  The DE is the amount of time you have to research the deal and verify all the details that we give you.  This must be done within 72 hours of making paying your EMD.

You Can't please Everybody

I must tell you this that I'm not here to please everybody as one of my great mentors said to me that Nate you can help somebody but not everybody and the person I'm looking at helping is folks who want to help them selves that are the real deal and not wasting time as I'd rather sit in front of the TV with a beer and Doritos enjoying the latest film instead of dealing with a time waster. Q. Does it cost me to join your VIP Buyer list?
A. Not right now...in the past I have charged people to get access to deals, but right now I giving this away for FREE as I'm looking at growing my value to you.  This does not mean you will be accepted, but you have to start somewhere and this is it...

Q. Is it necessary for me to submit my VIP Profile?
A. Absolutely, this is your application process.  I need to know more about you to be able to do deals with you.  You may or may not be accepted, but you definitely won't be accepted if you don't try.  Start here, make the cut, and then start making tons of cash in your business by leveraging me and my team.

Q. How do I know the property even exists?
A. There are many ways to know if a property exists however the best way I recommend is that you hire a 3rd party person to go over to the subject property to give you an evaluation on the property, however when dealing with me we will provide a detailed complete list of questions for you to ask your 3rd party person to ensure you get your questions answered. This is all included in the Property Portfolio!

Q. Can I be a part of this group if I'm brand new?
A. Absolutely I would be excited to help you over the hurdle of your first deal.

Q. How much can I expect to make on each deal?
A. It will vary on each deal however on a very regular basis it's not abnormal to do between $10,000 - $50,000 per deal.

Q. Where are these deals located?
A. Everywhere, that's the beauty of this you will see deals from all over the place that make sense and once you realize that YOU can do a deal no matter where it is located you will be geared up and ready to go.

Q. Are these properties Rehabs? Rentals? Foreclosures? Nice houses? Ugly houses?
A. All the above, Real Investors understand that there are deals in every area of Investing however that doesn't mean you have to buy them all I recommend focusing on 1 – 2 types of deals and grow from there.

Q. What if I don't have any money right now?
A. Well if that is the case today don't fret I'm not going to abandon you because you are not financially capable of closing a deal, but unfortunately what we are talking about today is not going to fit your situation right now, however make sure you are tapping into all your resources such as:
